Her diverse background includes health education programming, medical nutrition therapy, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and corporate wellness initiatives.
Stephanie has worked extensively with specialized populations, including military personnel, law enforcement, and firefighters—bringing tailored, mission-ready wellness strategies to those who serve.
